I have a strong background in applied arts and design thinking. I have been working as a freelance food designer, working with startup food and beverage businesses for more than 14 years. Over this time I have noticed Innovation thinking is the area people are interested in but don't know how to do it, they think it's too difficult or their brains don't think that way, not true!. I have designed a series of workshops to teach people the actions and thinking, so that they can generate their own solutions and directions.
