Journeys

"Women in Business: Journeys" was an inspiring and empowering women in business networking event designed to bring together local career women, female entrepreneurs and women in business, to create a supportive community, and to foster personal and professional growth. Hosted in the vibrant setting of Dunedin's newest music and event space, Erricks Venue, this event had a dynamic yet casual, round-the-table conversation featuring seven engaging speakers, as well as a mindset focused workshop. Attendees had the opportunity to connect, learn, and be inspired over the course of three hours.

The speakers shared insights, experiences, and lessons learned in business, life, and being a woman in the corporate world. Topics ranged from entrepreneurship, leadership, resilience, confidence, passion, self-belief, work-life balance, health & well-being, neurodiversity, personal growth, all while offering valuable takeaways for attendees.

As well as the couch conversations and workshop, this event also featured live music from local band Niche, and boutique catering from His & Hers Catering.

This event encouraged attendees to connect with like-minded women, fostering meaningful relationships and professional connections. Whether they are a seasoned entrepreneur or just starting out, this event offered a unique platform for networking and collaboration.

This 3hour event was a huge success with women travelling from all over the region to be part of it, and it provided a balanced mix of insightful discussions and networking opportunities for all.
